2:01 p.m. — A caller on Northeast Hideaway
Lane, Hermiston, stated she does not want
any female officer calling her back, she wants
a male officer to call her back. She stated she
is tired of boys, big tires and no mud flaps.
She reported she has two rock chips in her
window and this needs to stop.
11:29 p.m. — A 911 caller on West Laird
Avenue, Hermiston, reported someone was
knocking on her door and there were no
vehicles outside that she could see. Stanfield
police responded.
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 15
8:19 a.m. — A 911 caller on East Punkin
Center and North Ott roads, Hermiston,
reported someone’s horses escaped. Umatilla
County sheriff’s deputies responded.
10:30 a.m. — Hermiston police responded
to East Ridgeway Avenue on a report of a
domestic disturbance.
4:02 p.m. — A resident on Southeast Matlock
Street, Heppner, reported someone broke
her window.
5:05 p.m. — Umatilla County sheriff’s
deputies responded to Lloyd Road,
Hermiston, on a report of harassment.
7:46 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to
the first block of Westview Drive on a report
of an assault.
11:41 p.m. — A resident on Southeast
Matlock Street, Heppner, reported a male
who has been stealing items was in her yard.
THURSDAY, JUNE 16
6:15 a.m. — Stanfield police responded to
South Main Street on a report of a domestic
disturbance.
11:48 a.m. — A resident on Southeast Ninth
Street, Irrigon, made a complaint about
a neighbor’s German shepherd barking,
whining and being a nuisance all week.
12:36 p.m. — A caller reported a dirt bike
wreck at the Morrow County OVV Park,
71000 E. Morphine Lane, Heppner.
3:20 p.m. — Umatilla County sheriff’s
deputies responded to Munger Lane,
Umatilla, on a report of harassment.
8:12 p.m. — A resident on Northwest Church
Street, Heppner, reported a window just
broke at her home.
8:40 p.m. — Morrow County sheriff’s
deputies responded to a request to assist
with a female who refused to exit a van at
Columbia River Ranch Residential Facility,
70362 Kunze Lane, Boardman.
9:45 p.m. — Hermiston police responded
to West Division Avenue on a report of a
domestic disturbance.
FRIDAY, JUNE 17
8:28 p.m. — Hermiston police responded
to West Hermiston Avenue on a report of a
domestic disturbance.
the 1100 block of Lamb Street.
10:56 a.m. — A caller asked for a Morrow
County sheriff’s deputy to check their father’s
property on Wilson Lane, Boardman, where a
neighbor’s cows broke into the property and
damaged new fencing.
12:14 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to
West Joseph Avenue on a report of a physical
domestic disturbance.
3:37 p.m. — A caller reported a calf was out
on Wilson Lane at Peters Road, Boardman.
7:16 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to
the 1800 block of Northeast North Street on
a report of a burglary.
7:40 p.m. — A resident on Gravel Pit Lane,
Irrigon, reported there was a large party
at a place across the street and one guest
parked in front of his house but he didn’t
want to cause problems with the neighbors.
A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy spoke
to the neighbors, and someone would
move the vehicle and turn down the music
volume.
7:55 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to
Northwest Stockton Street on a report of a
domestic disturbance.
8:20 p.m. — A resident on Gravel Pit Lane,
Irrigon, reported five males in their teens
or early 20s jumped the fence to county
property and started running. The caller said
they may be from the party down the road.
8:51 p.m. — And a caller on West Eighth
Road, Irrigon, reported there was a loud
party that was going on all day near his
residence, possibly on Gravel Pit Lane. A
Morrow County sheriff’s deputy responded,
and the individuals in question would turn
down the music.
10:12 p.m. — Or maybe they would not
turn it down. The Morrow County Sheriff’s
Office received another complaint about
the loud party at Gravel Pit Lane and West
Eighth Road, Irrigon. A deputy responded,
and the homeowner agreed to turn down
the music and said the party would end
soon.
11:42 p.m. — Hermiston police responded
to South Highway 395 on a report of
menacing.
SUNDAY, JUNE 19
2:05 a.m. — Hermiston police responded
to Northeast Willow Court on a report of a
domestic disturbance.
1:59 p.m. — A caller reported a motorcycle
crashed at the Morrow County OHV Park on
Forest Service Road 21 near Heppner.
2:53 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to
the 700 block of East Ridgeway Avenue on a
report of a burglary.
7:23 p.m. — A caller on Garrison Lane,
Boardman, made a complaint about loud
music from a party. Morrow County Sheriff’s
Office responded and had the party turn
down the volume.
SATURDAY, JUNE 18
MONDAY, JUNE 20
1:27 a.m. — Morrow County sheriff’s
deputies at Southeast Division Street and
East Highway 730, Irrigon, reported a
motorcycle “took off on them.” They looked
but did not relocate the rider and vehicle.
7:18 a.m. — Milton-Freewater police
received a report of graffiti on the bridge on
6:06 a.m. — Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office
took a report for a burglary at Sinclair, 84875
Highway 11, Milton-Freewater.
7:08 a.m. — Hermiston police responded to
a burglary on the 2000 block of Northeast
10th Street. Police took a report.

sheriff’s office took a report.
1:46 p.m. — Morrow County Sheriff’s Office
responded to shots fired on Depot Lane,
Irrigon.
3:08 p.m. — A 911 caller at West Orchard
Avenue and Southwest 12th Street,
Hermiston, reported one car shot at another
car while driving down West Orchard
Avenue toward Riverfront. Umatilla police
responded.
6:17 p.m. — Morrow County Sheriff’s Office
received a complaint about a break-in at
Columbia Forest Products, 77314 Pole Line
Road, Boardman. The caller also provided
information about possible suspects.
8:22 p.m. — A resident on Northeast Court
Street, Heppner, reported a male and his
father talked to her young son about a
bicycle and the father threatened to shoot
her son.
8:43 p.m. — Stanfield police responded to
North Thielsen Street, Echo, on a report of
harassment.
8:50 p.m. — A caller reported someone left
two deer legs on Second Street, Heppner.
11:46 p.m. — A caller at Blake Ranch, 81105
Coyote Lane, Heppner, reported a mother
bear and cubs were in a tree. She said her
dog was outside the camper and on a leash.
She also said she had a weapon but did not
know how to use it. Morrow County Sheriff’s
Office made contact, and the caller was able
to get her dog inside the camper for the
night.
ARRESTS, CITATIONS
June 16
• Boardman police arrested Irma Elizabeth
Perez, 22, on a warrant and for fourth-degree
assault and two counts each of criminal
mistreatment and reckless endangering.
• Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested
Richard Jay Egg, 70, for menacing, pointing
a firearm at another, attempted unlawful use
of a weapon, felon in possession of a weapon
and felony probation violation.
June 18
• Hermiston police arrested Angela Renee
Marlow, 35, for harassment and fourth-
degree assault.
June 19
• Boardman police arrested Romero Avelino
Ramiro, 23, for driving under the influence
of intoxicants and on a warrant for failure to
appear.
• Stanfield police arrested Jacob Richard
Mack, 27, for felony fleeing, vehicle theft,
reckless driving, violating probation and on
warrants.
• Boardman police arrested Ruben Placencia
Garcia, 68, for DUII.
June 20
• Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested
Rito Nemo Gutierrez, 39, for first-degree
burglary, two counts of vehicles theft first-
degree theft.
