The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Uma-
tilla County Circuit Court:
William Brooks Bergstrom, 35, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty to
two 2018 charges of third-degree sexual abuse; sentenced to
three years probation, including registration as a sex offender,
and $100 in fines.

TUESDAY, FEB. 8
12:38 a.m. — A Heppner resident asked for a Morrow County sher-
iff’s deputy to contact her because her ex-partner keeps harassing
and contacting her. She said he is in Chicago and left a message
threatening to return to Heppner.
1:52 a.m. — Police responded to a report of shots being fired
on East Loop Road in Stanfield. The caller reported someone
shooting a rifle behind the reservoir. Police looked but did not
find anyone.
2:27 a.m. — Police responded to a call reporting a domestic dis-
turbance on North Glendening Street, Stanfield.
4:39 p.m. — An Irrigon resident reported her ex-husband just con-
tacted her and she would like the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office
to tell him to stop. A sheriff’s sergeant contacted the man and
advised him not to contact his ex-wife and trespassed him.
7:35 p.m. — A 911 caller reported observing suspicious activity
on West Gettman Road, Hermiston, where she said a car drove by
into a field across the street, then into her field and then onto a
neighbor’s trailer.
9:27 p.m. — A resident on Northwest Oregon Avenue, Irrigon,
reported a burglary at her house.
WEDNESDAY, FEB. 9
11:24 a.m. — An Irrigon resident reported she keeps receiving
texts and calls from a man harassing her about taking her children
away. She said she is trying to obtain a restraining order against
the man but does not know if the circuit court has approved it.
12:19 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance in
which a woman broke two windows at Stanfield RV Park, 345 S.
Main St., Stanfield.
12:47 p.m. — A woman came to the Hermiston Police Department
and reported she stopped at a red light, and the driver behind her
waved her to the roadside to talk and claimed their cars had a col-
lision when they had not. The woman said she would not provide
information to the other driver, who threatened to call police.
3:30 p.m. — An Irrigon resident reported the neighbor’s dogs at
Southeast Idaho Avenue and Crimson Court always bark and one
of them chased her daughter. She said she ran out and chased off
the dog.
3:50 p.m. — Bank of Eastern Oregon, Irrigon, reported someone is
using a bank card that belonged to a person who died.
6:56 p.m. — A 911 caller reported trespassers at West County Al-
ternative School on West Coe Avenue in Stanfield. Police respond-
ed to find the building boarded up, power off and transients
inside claiming they are renting it.
7:31 p.m. — A resident on Juniper Drive, Boardman, reported two
vehicles crashed near her house.
THURSDAY, FEB. 10
2:49 a.m. — A caller reported a dead dog near the intersection of
Westland and Powerline roads in Hermiston on the north side in
the gravel.
6:09 a.m. — Hermiston police responded to the 200 block of East
Hurlburt Avenue on a report of a burglary.
7:43 a.m. — A caller reported black cows in Lexington on South
F Street at West Water Street. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office
located the owner of the cows.
9:12 a.m. — Police responded to a 911 call for a domestic distur-
bance that occurred at ABC Auto Service, 81291 E. Second St.,
Hermiston. The caller reported the child of the couple involved
in the disturbance ran to his house because their parents were
fighting.
1:03 p.m. — Police responded to a call reporting a stalking com-
plaint on West Highland Avenue in Hermiston.
4:46 p.m. — A caller on First Street Northwest, Boardman, report-
ed a 7-year-old boy fell from his bicycle and hit his head on the
concrete.
6:18 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to the 1100 block of
South Highway 395 on a report of a burglary.
6:28 p.m. — A resident on Southeast Matlock Street, Heppner,
called 911 regarding an issue with a neighbor. A Morrow County
sheriff’s deputy responded and found this was a dispute over
parking.
10 p.m. — A caller asked the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to
check on illegal burning at Washington Lane and Snyder Road,
Irrigon.
FRIDAY, FEB. 11
7:18 a.m. — A caller reported a woman was throwing rocks at a
house on Northeast Main Avenue, Irrigon.
7:19 a.m. — A caller reported someone was taking items from
her house on Northeast Main Avenue, Irrigon, and a male at the
house had a gun. Local law enforcement responded and arrested
a 54-year-old woman for second-degree disorderly conduct and a
felony probation violation.
10:23 a.m. — A caller on Northeast Seventh Street at the Irrigon
Marina Park, Irrigon, reported another male attacked him. Morrow
County sheriff’s deputies responded and contacted both parties.
11:58 a.m. — A resident on West Jennie Avenue, Hermiston,
wanted to speak to an officer about receiving mail that could be
a scam.
12:12 p.m. — A resident on Cottonwood Loop, Boardman,
reported her 18-year-old daughter hit her youngest brother and
her grandmother. Police responded and arrested the teen for
domestic violence harassment.
6:13 p.m. — A caller reported a vehicle hit a patio at C & D Drive-In
and Bakery, 103 Main St. N., Boardman.
SATURDAY, FEB. 12
6:26 a.m. — A resident on Columbia Lane, Irrigon, reported her
ex-boyfriend has been making threats toward her and her family
and he does have a weapon. She also said he hit her on the head
but declined medical treatment. The Morrow County Sheriff’s
Office took a report.
2:03 p.m. — A vehicle caught fire on Interstate 84 near Echo.
Agencies responded.
2:49 p.m. — A resident on East Third Street, Ione, reported a male
was yelling and throwing furniture in front of her and her children.
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office made contact.
6:17 p.m. — A resident on Southeast Riverview Avenue, Irrigon,
reported two dogs attacked his cat on his property. The man said
he chased off the dogs. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy found
the dogs and returned them to their owner.
SUNDAY, FEB. 13
1:52 a.m. — Law enforcement responded to a report of a fight on
Southwest 11th Street, Hermiston.
6:40 a.m. — A hit and run accident occurred at Seventh Street and
Yerxa Avenue in Umatilla, police responded.
1:08 p.m. — Hermiston police received a complaint about child
abuse.
1:28 p.m. — Local law enforcement and other emergency services
responded to Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon, after a caller reported
watching people set a vehicle on fire.
1:22 p.m. — A caller on Olson Road, Boardman, reported finding a
golden eagle with a broken wing.
5:05 p.m. — Police responded to a call reporting a drunk driver at
the Crossroads Truck Stop, 2020 Highway 730, Umatilla.
6:07 p.m. — Police responded to a call reporting a domestic dis-
turbance on South Bonanza Street, Echo.
7:36 p.m. — A caller next door to the Seventh-day Adventist
Church, 205 Tumbleweed Blvd., Irrigon, reported a relative de-
stroyed her belongings and uses the drug fentanyl. The Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office responded and began an investigation.
8:16 p.m. — Umatilla police responded to a 911 call reporting a
domestic disturbance on Bridgeport Avenue.
11:42 p.m. Law enforcement responded to a 911 call reporting a
domestic disturbance on Highway 395 North in Hermiston.
MONDAY, FEB. 14
7:42 a.m. — Morrow County Sheriff’s Office assisted the U.S. Mar-
shals Service with an arrest on West Eighth Road, Irrigon, of Mi-
chael Luis Cavallo on Columbia County Circuit Court warrants for
rape, sodomy, sexual abuse and kidnapping, all in the first degree,
plus unlawful use of a weapon, reckless driving, driving under
the influence of intoxicants, menacing, coercion, fourth-degree
assault, unauthorized entry into a vehicle and third-degree theft.
7:48 a.m. — Deputies responded to a 911 call reporting a stolen
vehicle at Mechanix Inc., 81173 US-395, Hermiston.
10:22 a.m. — A Boardman resident on Downey Road reported
two dogs have gone onto another person’s property and killed
chickens but today one killed a turkey. People caught one dog
and tied it up at the property. The caller did not know who owned
the dogs.
1:12 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to a report of a burglary
on the 600 block of Southwest Ninth Street.
2:53 p.m. — A car crash occurred at Umatilla Road and Bensel
Road in Umatilla and a report was taken.
5:01 p.m. — An ambulance responded to Irrigon Junior Senior
High School, 315 S.E. Wyoming Ave., Irrigon, on a report of a
15-year-old girl with a dislocated shoulder. She refused an ambu-
lance ride to the hospital.
7:03 p.m. — Police responded to a 911 call reporting a domestic
disturbance on Southwest Third Street in Pilot Rock.
8:54 p.m. — Police responded to a 911 call reporting a domestic
disturbance on West Buckley Street in Echo.
10:11 p.m. — A car crash occurred on South Highway 395 in
Stanfield.
ARRESTS, CITATIONS
Feb. 8
• Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cory Joe Mullins, 35, for
third-degree assault and on a post-prison supervision sanction.
• Hermiston police arrested Skyler Lee Kendrick, 27, for unautho-
rized entry into a motor vehicle and on three warrants for failure
to appear.
• Stanfield police arrested Juan Everth Cisnero, 26, for fourth-de-
gree assault, menacing and second-degree criminal trespass.
Feb. 9
• Boardman police arrested J. Reyes Napoles, 40, for DUII and
resisting arrest.
• Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rochelle Ann Cox, 48,
for misdemeanor and felony fleeing, assault of a public safety
officer, reckless driving, reckless endangering, violating probation
and on two warrants for failure to appear.
Feb. 10
• Hermiston police arrested Malachi Donovan Siler, 21, for two
counts of first-degree burglary and two counts of third-degree
theft.
Feb. 11
• Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Michael Anthony Iles,
34, for two counts of first-degree forgery.
Feb. 12
• Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cesar Macias Delatorre,
25, for fourth-degree assault, strangulation, vehicle theft and on
two warrants for failure to appear.
Feb. 13
• Umatilla police arrested Damien Sky Figurski, 20, for felony stran-
gulation, felony fourth-degree assault, menacing, third-degree
escape and on a felony probation violation.
• Umatilla police arrested Tyler Joseph Morris, 23, for two counts of
third-degree criminal mischief and one count each of first-degree
criminal trespass, resist arrest and second-degree escape.
