Magazine 2 022 is almost upon us and the excitement of a new year is contagious. The Uma- tilla County Special Library District has plans ready to go for several projects. The library district is em- barking on a needs assess- ment to focus on our commu- nity, whether they are library users or have yet to discover all that the library can provide. With new data from the 2020 Census and growth in Umatilla County, it is a perfect time to look at our library district with new eyes. Watch for more information as we hone our plans.
