a new program called the
“I-82 Advantage.”
Tuition for Umatilla
County students will now
cost $11,144 per year, com-
pared with $26,087 for out-
of-state tuition.
Students interested in
attending WSU Tri-Cit-
ies for spring 2021 should
apply by Nov. 15. Students
interested in attending WSU
