August 11, 2020. She was
born in Danville, Arkan-
sas, to Jewell and Martha
Russell.
After completing her
schooling, she worked as a
supervisor in a cannery. For
20 years she ran the Lamp-
lighter Hotel in Umatilla,
Oregon, and had lived there
the last 40 years. She mar-
ried Boyce Osborn in 1999.

loved included quilting,
gardening, working on
her yard and going to the
casinos.
She is preceded in death
by her parents, a brother
and four sisters, and chil-
dren Joyce and Allen
Osborn. She is survived
by a brother, John Russell
of Arkansas; sisters Patsy
of Arkansas and Roxy of
Chicago, Illinois; chil-
dren Boyce Osborn Jr. and
his partner David Beldin,
and Martha (Dennis) Fery
of Aumsville; and grand-
son Stephen Fery, also of
Aumsville.
