3:50 p.m. — A noninjury motor vehicle accident was reported on
East Browning Avenue.
5:57 p.m. — A noninjury motor vehicle accident was reported at
Northwest Third Street and West Hermiston Avenue.

her neighbor is always fi lming her and taking photos as she en-
ters and exits her home, and she wanted to know what she could
do about it.
3:30 p.m. — Someone reported a hit-and-run that damaged their
truck, but they weren’t sure where it occurred.
5:29 p.m. — Child abuse or neglect was reported on North First
Street.

adults accompanying him.
