January, 2020 at or after 7:00
pm in the Council Chambers

The purpose of the hearing
is to review if Eastern Ore-
gon Trade and Event Center
(EOTEC) was compliant with
all conditions of approval and
findings of fact. The original
request for a variance from
the city’s parking lot design
standards in §157.179 of the
Hermiston Code of Ordinanc-
es requires an annual review
for the first five years of oper-
ation. The third year’s review
will occur during the public
hearing. The property is de-
