tences have been imposed in Umatilla
County courts:
FELONY
•Jason Walter Rhorer, 37, Hermiston,
pleaded guilty to Possession of Metham-
phetamine: sentence to discharge.
•Antonio Viesca Jr., 57, Umatilla, pleaded
guilty to Possession of Methamphet-
amine: sentenced to 18 months proba-
tion, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail
units, 80 hours community service, $500
fi ne and $1,500 fi ne-suspended.
•David Andrew Agnew, 26, Hermiston,
pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30
days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years
probation, 80 hours community service,
$1,250 fi ne, $1,250 fi ne-suspended and
1 year driver’s license suspension, plus
court costs and fees.
Glenn W. Busch: seeks $7,379.11.

Xena is a very sweet dog who came into the rescue
after being hit by a car and had to have her leg
amputated. She is still healing and has phantom limb
pain. She is adjusting well, but needs some help.
She is crate and potty trained.
Xena’s ideal home will be with someone that is home a lot
or can take her to work with them. No children under 10 as
she is small and still has pain. She does not do well with stairs
and should not be left outside unattended. She also needs
someone who can afford her vet needs and medications.

The couple married May
20, 1945, in Santa Ana, Cal-
ifornia. Herald served in
the U.S. Army for 22 years,
