LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS & YOUTH LIVESTOCK AUCTION
PARTICIPANTS, please inform your guests & buyers that
Saturday, August 10 th , they can enter through the North East
gate off of South Ott Rd. prior to the sale (buyer pass or
other fair admission required for entry). Parking will be $5
per vehicle.

CONCERT RESERVED SEATING
Seating is limited. Reserved seating does not include Fair
Admission. Visit www.umatillacountyfair.net for $12
Reserved Seats or Premium Seats for $20 each. All tickets
are non-refundable.
Concerts begin at 9:00 P.M.
Thursday has an opener onstage at 7:15 P.M. and
Friday’s Latino Night will begin at 7:00 P.M.

Bracelets will be available at Fair Office and at other various
locations throughout the County for a limited time.
During Fair, Carnival bracelets (after Aug. 6 th ) and individual
ride tickets can only be purchased at the Carnival’s ticket
booth. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced or refunded

CAMPING (DEADLINE JULY 20, 2019)
Spaces are limited and preference is given to livestock
exhibitors living outside a 20 mile radius of the fairgrounds.
Camping Applications must be filled out electronically at
www.umatillacountyfair.net Please call the fair office to pay
your $75 fee or send a check payable to “UCF” to be
considered. Water hook-ups only. Please make arrangements
for generators. Trailer sewer pumps available daily for $25 at
the fair office.
PARKING
A limited number of Season Parking Passes are available for
$20.00 at the Fair Office. *Overnight parking is only available
to Season Parking pass holders for certain lots, otherwise
vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. A season parking
does NOT mean camping.
The livestock exhibitor parking is located off of South OTT
Rd. at the NE end of the fairgrounds. All other fair parking will
enter off E Airport Rd @ the main entrance of the fairgrounds.
*Daily parking- $5.00
*Camping is not permitted in the parking lots. Please see
the Fair Office for camping options and for empty stock
trailer parking passes.
*Please note that parking is on a first come first serve basis.
Vendors
Vendor Admission available at the Fair Office for $5.00 per
person/day. Please purchase in advance to distribute to your
staff. Ticket booths do not sell vendor passes. Vendors must
be set up prior to 9am. *No vehicles on the grounds after
9am*
