OPEN CLASS SCHEDULE (see Exhibitor’s Guide for a complete schedule):
Discounted Exhibitor passes can ONLY be purchased at the fair office with the pink copy of your
entry tag, beginning Sunday Aug. 4th. (Limit one per exhibitor).
Static (Non-livestock) Open Class entries are received on Sun. Aug. 4 th from 8am-5pm in the
Event Center.
(ALFALFA HAY KING entries received on Mon. Aug. 5 th until 7pm.)
Livestock and Small Animal entries are received on Mon. Aug. 5 th from 7am-12 Noon and again
from 5pm-8pm. (OPEN CLASS Small Animal entr y fee $.50 each. Lar ge animal entr y fee
$3.00 each.) ANIMALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BETWEEN NOON AND 5:00PM.
ALL Open Class cash premiums will be paid out FROM THE FAIR OFFICE on Friday of
Fair Aug. 9 th from 9:30AM-Noon and on Sunday Aug. 11 th from 8am-Noon. Items MUST be
picked up by Noon on Sunday. Pr esent pink copies of your entr y tags to pick up your items.
All Livestock & Small Aimals need to be removed from the Fairgrounds on Sun. Aug. 11 th from
7am-10am.
