are 119 temporary positions available. Work duties will include, but
not be limited to: Worker will be required to hand harvest onions to
market specifications so as not to cause damage to the produce by
clipping onion roots and tops in the field; Place product in buckets and
transfer to field bins. Workers may transport crops and farm equipment
between growing sites and to storage. All other duties assigned under
this order will be those duties of Farmworker, Diversified Crops, under
the Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Classification Code 45-
2092.02. Applicants must have 30 days verifiable experience in hand
harvesting onions. Must be able to lift and/or move 25-50 pounds.
Worker must be able to bend and stoop to reach ground level crops
and be able to stand on their feet or be on their knees for long periods
of time. The scheduled work week is Sunday through Friday. Work is
scheduled on a night shift of 5 hours on Sunday 10:00pm to 3:00am
and 7 hours Monday through Friday 10:00pm to 6:00am Three
quarter of the hours in the contract period are guaranteed. Tools,
