Participants of The Arc Umatilla County’s Valentines Dance clap to the music on Sunday
in the Arc’s building on Orchard Avenue. The dance had been scheduled for the previous
weekend but was rescheduled for after Valentine’s Day due to snow.
A family of snowmen start to melt outside a home on Hermiston Avenue. The home belongs
to David and Christy Dykkesten, and the snowmen were built Sunday by their grandchildren
Daniel, Laila, Tavita, Silar and Matai Faaeteete. Afterward, they went inside for hot chocolate.
