mission will hold a public hearing on the 13th day of February,
2019, at or after 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of City Hall, 180
N.E. 2nd Street, Hermiston, Oregon, on the proposed conversion
to amend the City’s comprehensive plan map from “Future Resi-
dential” to “Medium Density Residential” along with a correspond-
ing change in the County zoning designation from Exclusive Farm
Use (EFU-10) to Multi-Family Residential (R-3) for 71.02 acres of
land. The public hearing will also consider the proposed annex-
ation to the City of Hermiston and withdrawal from the Umatilla
