pleaded guilty to DUII and Recklessly Endanger-

tion and enrollment in Diversion Program.
•Michael Ledezma Navarrete, 30, Hermis-
ton, pleaded guilty to Fleeing/Attempt to Elude
Police, Reckless Driving and Recklessly Endan-

Twylla June Feigner, 87, passed away
on June 24, 2018, at Guardian Angels
Home in Hermiston, Ore. She was born
January 22, 1931, to Miles and Marilla
Roudebush in Gering, Nebraska.
The family moved to Oregon where she
graduated from Hermiston High School in
1948. She then attended Oregon State Uni-
versity and graduated with a Bachelor of
Science degree in food science. She was
a bacteriologist for various canneries and
factories in Eastern Oregon throughout
her life, retiring as QA manager for Ore-
gon Potato in Boardman.
She married the love of her life, Eur-
gie Feigner, in 1963 and lived in Mil-
ton-Freewater, raising her family until his
untimely death in 1976. She was known
for her amazing smile, laugh, great sense
of humor, and was a hard worker who was
devoted to her family. She enjoyed gar-
dening, dancing and cooking.
She is preceded in death by her husband
Eurgie Feigner; father Miles Roudebush;
mother Marilla O’Donnell; brother Miles
V. Roudebush; and sister Marilyn Hut-
ton. She is survived by her son Larry Dod-
son (Umatilla); daughters Sherry Huff-
man (Pendleton) and Laura Layton (Pilot
Rock); sister Sallie Sigsbee (Milton-Free-
water); brother Robert Roudebush (Pend-
leton); granddaughters Katie Johns (Herm-
iston), Ashley McDonough (Estacada),
Jody, and Jaimie. Great-grandchildren
Aiden and Nora; and various nieces and
nephew.
A Celebration of Life will take place at
the Oxford Suites Walleye Room Friday,
July 20 from 2-5 p.m. in Hermiston, Ore.
All are welcome to attend.

TUESDAY, JULY 10
11:52 a.m. — A dog was locked in a
blue T-Bird on North First Street.
1:01 p.m. — At Southeast Fourth
street and East Main Street, a male was
being verbally aggressive to a woman,
and she was crying.
7:22 p.m. — Two vehicles were
in an accident at West Orchard and
Southwest Seventh Street, and one
was on its side.
8:17 p.m. — There was a fight at a
soccer field on West Standard Avenue.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 11
11:37 a.m. — A caller on West Park
Avenue, Hermiston, said someone got
into his pickup and took an AR mag, a
lighter and a sweatshirt.
4:18 p.m. — There was a fight at
West Hermiston Avenue in a park-
ing lot.
9:43 p.m. — Police arrested some-
one for a domestic disturbance at
Southwest 10th Street, Hermiston.

Tuesday, July 10, 2018, in Boardman. She
was born Dec. 20, 1932, in Seattle. Arrange-

gon died Thursday, July 12, 2018, in Irrigon.
He was born Nov. 25, 1964, in Savannah,

12:11 p.m. — A caller said there
was a scam going around where men
were telling women that they will buy
houses for them and give them jew-
elry if they send them iTunes cards.
4:14 p.m. — A caller said her ex just
left her residence on East Autumn Ave-
nue, Hermiston. He was highly intox-
icated and driving a silver Kia. He was
slurring his words and kicked her door
open. He headed toward Punkin Cen-
ter Road.
6:14 p.m. — An assault was
reported at West Hartley Avenue,
Hermiston — an elderly male kept
falling.
