City of Stanfield, Oregon (Owner) Invites Bids for the Wastewa-
ter Treatment Facility Maintenance Building - 2018 project. The
Work includes constructing a 40-foot by 80-foot pole building and
pouring a reinforced concrete slab and concrete approach for an
exterior door. The building will have four 12-foot by 12-foot over-
head door framed openings and one exterior door. The Owner will
furnish and install the overhead doors and electrical and lighting
systems after the Project is complete. The Owner has already ob-
tained the building permit for the Project.
Sealed Bids for the described project will be received by Scott
Morris, Public Works Director, or his authorized representative, at
City of Stanfield, 160 S. Main Street, Stanfield, Oregon 97875, un-
til 3:00 p.m., local time, July 31, 2018. Bids will be publicly opened
and read aloud at the same location, time, and date that Bids are
due.
The Contract time for this Project is 60 calendar days for Sub-
stantial Completion. The Owner anticipates making the contract
award on or before August 6, 2018, upon reviewing the Bids.
The Contractor will be subject to the applicable provisions of Or-
egon Revised Statues (ORS) 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870,
(the Oregon Prevailing wage Law).

to that Bidder. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all in-
formalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to
negotiate Contract terms with the successful Bidder.
