•Jentry Phillip Wedge, 26, Hermis-
ton, pleaded guilty to Theft I: sentenced
to 18 months Oregon Dept. of Correc-
tions (DOC), 1 year post-prison super-
vision, $200 fine and restitution to be
determined; pleaded guilty to Theft
II and Criminal Trespass I: sentenced
to $100 fine for each count (sentences
discharged).
•Christopher Travis Herrera, 30, Herm-
iston, pleaded guilty to Unauthorized

Apartments in Hermiston,
Oregon.
Elvin married Dorothy
Mosier on October 6, 1946,
ending in divorce in 1980.
They lived in Cheney,
Washington, where they
raised six sons and two
daughters.
Elvin married Cindy
(Riese) Cox in Coeur
d’Alene, Idaho, on April
7, 1984. They lived in
Blaine and Othello, Wash-
ington, before they set-
tled in Hermiston, Oregon,
where he raised his two
stepdaughters.
Elvin enjoyed the rodeo
where he participated in
bull and bronc riding. He
loved the outdoors while
fishing, camping and hik-
ing. Elvin was a scout-
master in Cheney, Wash-
ington. He also enjoyed
spending time with his
grandchildren.
Elvin is preceded in
death by his parents, his
four brothers How-
ard, Clifford, Edwin
and Milton, and
eight sisters, Nila,
Hazel, Dolly (Flor-
ence), Lenore, Elsa,
Levina,
Imogene
and Bernice.
Elvin is survived
by his wife, Cindy
