Greg Smith, the U.S. Forest Service, and the Bank of Eastern Oregon, whose float proclaimed, “Leprechaun Kisses — 25 cents.” For Hermiston residents who would rather head east than west, the Rainbow Cafe in Pendleton also offered an all-day St. Patrick’s Day celebration with live music, costumes and a mini-parade.
