PENDLETON — The following sen-
tences have been imposed in Umatilla
County courts:
FELONY
•Kristina Louise Moore, 31, Hermis-
ton, pleaded guilty to Felon in Posses-
sion of Firearm: sentenced to 3 years
probation, 180 sanction units, 90 max-
imum jail units, $200 fine and $800
fine-suspended, plus court costs and
fees; pleaded guilty to Possession of
Methamphetamine, Possession of Oxy-
codone and Possession of Hydrocodone:
sentenced to $200 fine for each count:
sentences discharged.
•Dustin Charles Dyer, 25, Hermiston,
pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit
Class B Felony: sentenced to 50 months
Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC), 5
years probation and $200 fine.

•Philip Joe Martinez, 55, Hermiston,
pleaded guilty to Possession of Meth-

suspension.
•Gary Zachary Smith, 28, Hermiston,
pleaded guilty to two counts of Unau-
thorized Use of Vehicle: sentenced to 18
months Oregon DOC, 1 year post-prison
supervision, $200 fine and 1 year driver’s
license suspension, plus restitution to
be determined; pleaded guilty to Alter/
Remove/Obliterate Firearm ID Number:
sentence discharged.
•Ernest William Erickson Jr., 26, Irri-
gon, pleaded no contest to Felon in Pos-
session of Firearm: sentenced to 5 years
probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maxi-
mum jail units, 160 hours community
service and $200 fine, plus attorney
•Abel Lomas Murillo, 25, Boardman,
pleaded guilty to Delivery of Cocaine
and Unlawful Use of Weapon: sentenced
to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units,
90 maximum jail units, $500 fine and
$1,500 fine-suspended for each count,
and 120 hours community service.
•Ross Carlisle Van Etta, 38, Irrigon,
pleaded guilty to Aggravated Harass-
ment: sentenced to 25 months Oregon
DOC and 2 years post-prison supervision.
•Rhyan James Baney, 30, Stanfield,
pleaded guilty to two counts of Identity
Theft: sentenced to 20 months Oregon
DOC, 2 years post-prison supervision and
$200 fine for each count, plus restitution
to be determined; pleaded guilty to two
counts of Unauthorized Entry of Motor
Vehicle: sentenced to $100 fine for each
count (sentences to discharge).
MISDEMEANOR
•Rodolfo Ferrer Garcia, 31, Irrigon,
pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic
violence: sentenced to 3 years proba-
tion, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail
units, 100 hours community service and
$100 fine; pleaded guilty to Harassment:
sentenced to 60 days jail and $100 fine.
•Mary Elizabeth Gorham, 39, Herm-
iston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced
to 1 year probation and enrollment in
Diversion Program, plus court costs and
fees; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving:
sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18
months probation, and $100 fine, plus
court costs and fees.

of OSU Extension activities for North Morrow County.

various industries and agriculture in the local area.
