Hermiston recognized some of its best last week at the Greater Hermiston Area Chamber of Com-
merce’s Distinguished Citizens Awards. Roger Bounds was recognized as Man of the Year and Chris
Finley as Woman of the Year, while other volunteers, educators and youth were also honored for their
