involves performing a vari-
ety of duties associated with
the harvest of strawberries
for 48 hours per week. The
wage is $13.18 per hour plus
.25 cents per box when the
average boxes harvested
equal 5 or more per hour.
Three quarters of the work
hours are guaranteed. Tools,
supplies and equipment are
provided at no cost. Housing
will be made available at no
cost to workers who cannot
reasonably return to their per-
manent residence at the end
each workday. The employer
will provide or pay travel ex-
penses to the worksite and
related subsistence no later
than when workers complete
