pended for each count, plus court
costs and fees.
•Liobaldo Villa Campos, 29,
Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII:
sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days
jail-suspended, 2 years probation,
80 hours community service, $1,500
fine, $505 fine-suspended and 1 year
driver’s license suspension, plus
court costs and fees; pleaded no con-
test to Refusal to Take Intoxicant Test:

Linda Colegrove, 67,
of Hillsboro died Monday,
Oct. 31, 2016, at Avamere
Rehabilitation of Hillsboro.
Linda was born Dec. 21,
1948, in Pendleton to Her-
man and Marie Mae (Pien-
ing) McNeill. She lived her
younger years in Hermiston
and graduated from Herm-
iston High School in 1968.
She married Ronald Co-
legrove in 1975. They lived
in Mosier, Oregon, for
several years then moved
to The Dalles. After her
husband’s death her sister
moved her to Hillsboro, Or-
egon, to be close to family.
She enjoyed baking,
cake decorating for wed-
dings and birthdays, cro-
cheting, crossword puzzles,
camping and family gather-
ings.
Survivors include her
son Ronald L. Colegrove
II of Central Point, Oregon;
her mother Marie McNeill
of North Plains, Oregon;
sisters Juanita Zurbrugg of
Portland and Carol Taylor
of Prescott Valley, Ariz.;
grandson Dustin; and neph-
ews, great-nephews and
nieces.
She was preceded in
death by her father, hus-
band, and an infant son.
Graveside
services
will be held at Hermiston
Cemetery on Wednesday,
Nov. 16, 2016, at 1 p.m. in
Hermiston, Ore.

Drunk drivers abound during weekend
Local law enforcement
made multiple arrests for
drunken driving this past
weekend.
Umatilla
County
Sheriff’s deputy Nathan
Rankin at about 2:20 a.m.
Saturday nabbed Isidro
Calderon Alfonso Santa-
na, 21, of Hermiston, for
driving under the influ-
ence of intoxicant. Then
at about 11:30 p.m. the
deputy arrested Trevor D.
Revoir, 31, of Stanfield,
for DUII.
Hermiston police on
Saturday arrested Richard
Eugene Orville Wiggins,
39, of 505 W. Hartley Ave.,
Hermiston, for DUII. He
also had a Marion County
warrant for not complying
with circuit court orders
from 2013 to pay fees and
complete a drunk driving
diversion program.
Oregon State Police re-
ported a trooper caught a
drunk driver after a crash
Saturday night.
Sara Anna Murphy, 26,
no address provided, was
driving a Chevrolet S10
pickup and tried to pass
a semitrailer on Interstate
84 near the connection to
Yoakum Road east of Echo,
state police reported, when
she struck the right rear
side of the trailer. The pick-
up entered the median and
rolled. The trooper cited
Murphy for DUII and reck-
less driving.

SUNDAY, NOV. 13
1:46 a.m. - Employees at Midway Bar
& Grill, 1750 N. Highway 395, Hermiston,
shut down the establishment after two
groups grew rowdy with each other and
asked police to respond in case there were
problems in the parking lot.
4:43 p.m. - A man reported the theft
of his white Ford Explorer from West
Orchard Avenue, Hermiston.
5:18 p.m. - A Hermiston woman
reported her father owes money to a
man who is harassing her and her family,
and even came to her home, opened her
mail and inserted his own letters in the
envelope.
6:29 p.m. - The Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office received information about
gossip and comments on social media
telling people to commit suicide.
8:38 p.m. - A 400-500 pound pig
roamed around houses and yards on
Country Garden Road, Irrigon. The Morrow
County Sheriff’s Office did not find the
swine.
SATURDAY, NOV. 12
7:34 a.m. - A Hermiston woman
on Southeast Sixth Street told police
someone was in her apartment and stole
a large amount of money and pain pills
while she was at the hospital.
2:55 p.m. - A Hermiston woman told
police her boyfriend choked her. She then
said she did not want police to come,
asked for an officer to call her.
8:22 p.m. - A father asked Hermiston
police for help with a situation invoking his
13-year-old daughter. He said a man calls
her cellphone and claims someone left
him the number after a car crash. When
she tries to explain she did not hit his
car, the man refuses to listen. The father
asked police to tell the man he has the
wrong number and to stop harassing his
daughter.
8:28 p.m. - An Irrigon man reported
his ex-wife broke the windows and
mirrors of his and his girlfriend’s vehicles.
10:51 p.m. - And another Irrigon man
reported he tried to get his wife out of
the house because she accused him of
cheating. Both were drinking, and they
made up by the time Morrow County
sheriff’s deputies arrived, though they
planned to write up something for the
district attorney.
11:46 p.m. - Hermiston police cited
a male after receiving a report he was
letting air out of tires at Midway Bar & Grill,
1750 Highway 395, Hermiston.
FRIDAY, NOV. 11
11:23 a.m. - A Chihuahua chased
customers outside Elle Salon, 320 E. Elm
Ave., Hermiston
4:56 p.m. - A man reported a burglary
at a home on Northwest Jewell Drive,
Irrigon, and the theft of $2,500.
6:16 p.m. - A caller reported cars
from California followed him and were
surrounding his car at the Boardman
Sinclair station.
6:43 p.m. Hermiston police responded
to West Linda Avenue and 12th Street on
a report of a man beating a woman, but
officers did not find anyone suspicious.
11:51 p.m. - Four or five intoxicated
males fought at a home on West Hermis-
ton Avenue, Hermiston.
THURSDAY, NOV. 10
9:02 a.m. - An insurance associate re-
ported the theft of a stove and refrigerator
from foreclosed property on Kunze Lane,
Boardman.
10:14 a.m. - An Ione resident reported
for the last three months she and a neigh-
bor have had “issues,” which are “getting
personal at this point” with inappropriate
comments on Facebook. She asked to
have a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy
call and not come by out of concern the
neighbor would retaliate if a deputy were
at her home.
11:01 a.m. - An Irrigon father reported
he was concerned his daughter has been
assaulted by her boyfriend.
1:51 p.m. - Someone stole coffee
reward cards and old Doritos from a car on
Southeast 10th Street, Irrigon.
6:25 p.m. - A male took an ambulance
to a hospital after breaking his arm in the
wrestling room at Riverside Junior-Senior
High School, Boardman.
WEDNESDAY, NOV. 9
12:41 p.m. - The manager of Subway
restaurant at the Hermiston Wal-Mart
Supercenter reported a man kept coming
in and stating the business has his checks.
The manager asked police to have him
leave. Officers did not find him.
3:38 p.m. - A Hermiston man asked
police for help getting his ex-wife to
stop sending texts, emails and harassing
phone messages “all of the time.”
4:08 p.m. - A mother asked for

Maxine was born
November 23, 1923,
to John and Ruby Meyers
Blick in Ferndale,
Wash. She graduated from
Custer High School May
1942. Maxine went to work
in the shipyards at Everett,
Washington, as a welder.
She then joined the U.S.
Navy, first assigned to the
Bronx, N.Y., then transfer-
ring to Memphis, Tennes-
see. Maxine was honorably
discharged April 1949.
After the Navy, Max-
ine traveled by train to be-
gin college at Washington
State University. Maxine
met and married Marshall
Meyers while in college
there. Marshall and Max-
ine settled in Echo, Or-
egon, where they raised
their family.
Maxine was a great
cook and baker. The cook-
ie jar was never empty.
She loved to garden and

and Mabel Fletch-
er Noth. He died on
November 13, 2016,
in Richland, Wash-
ington, at the age of
69 years.
Dan was raised Noth
and attended schools
in Arizona. He en-
listed in the United
States Army and
fought in Vietnam.
Dan was awarded
the Purple Heart and
received an honor-
able discharge. He Noth
moved to Utah in
1976 and then to Alaska
in 1979 before settling in
Oregon in the mid 1980s,
where he has lived since.
Dan was united in marriage
to Judith K. “Judy” Dreger
on November 20, 1993, in
Stanfield, Oregon.
He worked as both a
local and long-haul truck
driver over the years, fin-
ishing his career driving for
JR Simplot. Dan loved hot
rods and rodeos. He was a
member of the Hermiston
Classic Car Club. Dan en-
joyed playing cribbage, an-
imals, and traveling.
He is survived by his
wife, Judy Noth, Stanfield,
Ore.; children Elisabeth
