Come learn about Eastern Oregon Mission
Eastern Oregon Mission is the nonprofit parent of Agape House and Martha’s House,
whose mission is to feed, clothes and shelter those in need in the greater Hermiston area.
Agape House opened on August 5, 1986 and
served about 50 families a month, providing food
and clothing for those in need. It outgrew its
original home on 11 th Street and moved to its new
facility in 2005. It now serves 700 families a month
and is open Tuesday-Thursday from 9 a.m.-noon
and 1-3 p.m.
Martha’s House is a shelter that opened in 2013
to help families break the cycle of homelessness.
Families are given a place to stay as they
develop skills to provide for themselves.

Monday-Friday from
7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and
Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
