This is Siss, a female Labrador Retriever mix. She came to the shelter as a lo-
cal stray. Shelter staff say she is very outgoing and friendly. She is current on all
vaccinations and is eligible for a free veterinary examination. She can be adopted
for $150 at the Humane Society of Eastern Oregon Pet Rescue, and there is $50
