This is Tank, a male Border Collie mix. He came
to the shelter as a local stray. Shelter staff say he is
very friendly and socialized. He is current on all
vaccinations and is eligible for a free veterinary ex-
amination. He can be adopted for $150 at the Hu-
mane Society of Eastern Oregon Pet Rescue, and
there is $50 refund if he is neutered within 60 days
