This is Oreo, a young male Shih Tzu. He came
to the shelter because his prior owner was unable to
keep him. Shelter staff say he is friendly and does
well with children and other dogs. He is current on
all vaccinations and is eligible for a free veterinary
examination. He can be adopted for $175 at the Hu-
mane Society of Eastern Oregon Pet Rescue. If you
