Women of faith connect at gathering
HERMISTON HERALD
A faith-based gathering
of women in Texas is be-
ing live-streamed across
the globe — including
in Hermiston — with the
goal of living with the be-
lief that God is real.
Several Hermiston area
churches are hosting the
live-steam of IF: Gath-
ering 2016. The event
is Friday from 5-9 p.m.
and Saturday from 9 a.m.
to 8 p.m. at the National
Guard Armory, 900 S.E.
Columbia Drive, Hermis-
ton. Those who plan to at-
tend need to pre-register
at www.ifgathering.com/
localgatherings/ifhermis-
ton.
In order to make the
event accessible for all
women, there is no specif-
ic fee. Women are asked
to pay-what-you-can, in-
cluding through pre-event
donations and at the gath-
ering. All donations are
tax-deductible.
The IF: Gathering
seeks to gather, equip and
unleash women of faith to
live God’s calling in their
lives. The group believes
God will use them to glo-
rify him and to spread
good among other people.
The two-day gathering
provides a place for wom-
en to wrestle with essen-
tial questions of faith, to
dream and to connect with
other women of faith.
