each count, plus court costs and fees.
•Cindy Ann Yallup, 59, Toppenish,
Wash., pleaded guilty to DUII; sentenced
to 3 days jail, 180 days jail-suspended, 5
years probation, 240 hours community
service, $935 fine and 1 year driver’s license
suspension, plus court costs and fees.
•Julio Arturo Sepulveda, 41, Herm-
iston, pleaded no contest to Criminal
Possession of Rental Property; sentenced
to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years pro-
bation, 40 hours community service, $140
fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and $1,567.38
restitution, plus court costs and fees.
•Alberto Perez, 40, Umatilla, pleaded
guilty to DUII; sentenced to 30 days jail, 180
days jail-suspended, 2 years probation,
$935 fine, $1,250 fine-suspended and
1 year driver’s license suspension, plus
court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to five
counts of Recklessly Endangering Anoth-
er; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspend-
ed, 2 years probation, $190 fine, $1,000
fine-suspended and 90 days driver’s
license suspension, plus court assessment,
for each count.
•Gustavo Tabullo Aguirre, 46, Herm-
iston, pleaded guilty to Giving False Infor-
mation to Police; sentenced to 30 days jail,
180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation,
20 hours community service and $40 fine,
plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty
to three counts of Theft III; sentenced to
15 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation,
20 hours community service and $40
•Julio Ulises Cornejo, 19, Hermiston,
pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended;
sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years
probation, $740 fine and $950 fine-suspend-
ed, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to
a second count of Driving While Suspended;
sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years
probation, $1,090 fine and $600 fine-sus-
pended, plus court costs and fees.
•Richard Fletcher Johnson, 81, Stan-
field, pleaded no contest to Failure to Per-
form Duties of Driver; sentenced to $375
fine plus court assessment.
•Stephan Robert Wilson, 28, Hermis-
ton, pleaded guilty to Driving While Sus-
pended; sentenced to $940 fine plus court
assessment.
