Organix Inc. will hold a community meet-

6:00 p.m. at the at the Port of Morrow of-
fices located at 2 Marine Drive, Board-

Organix Inc. is in the process of making
application to both Morrow County and
the Oregon Department of Environmental
Quality to construct and operate an
in-vessel, organic waste processing facil-
ity for the purpose of recycling by-prod-
ucts from anaerobically digested dairy re-
siduals into soil amendments. This activity
is proposed on a 26 acre portion of prop-
erty owned by the Port of Morrow, cur-
rently described as tax lot 131 of Asses-
sor's Map 4N 24, and located on the west
side of Tower Road at the intersection
with Boardman Airport Lane. This com-
munity meeting is being held to meet the
requirements of Senate Bill 462 (2013)
