Hermiston hires three new coaches
By SAM BARBEE
Staff Writer
Three new Hermiston High coaches were approved by
the Hermiston School Board Monday evening.
Dave Ego, Kyle Larson and Kate Greenough were hired
for coaching positions and approved for extra responsibil-
ity contracts.
Ego will coach the boys basketball team after the sud-
den resignation of Jake McElligott this past summer.
Larson will take over the wrestling program after an-
other sudden resignation by Shaun Williams, who took a
job teaching and coaching wrestling at West Valley High
School in Spokane, Washington.
Greenough takes over a softball program after Kylee
Lete resigned her post to spend more time with her new-
born son.
