MISDEMEANOR

of Assault IV; sentenced to 180 days

to Physical Harassment; sentenced to
$40 fine plus court assessment for each
count.
•Houston Lee Lenover, 19, Hermiston,
pleaded no contest to Disorderly Conduct
II; sentenced to $40 fine plus court costs
and fees.
•Steven Lee Gallagher, 38, Hermis-
ton, pleaded guilty to Unlawful Posses-
sion of Firearm; sentenced to 180 days
jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40
hours community service, $440 fine and
$1,000 fine-suspended, plus court costs
and fees.
•Mayro Mike Guzman, 24, Hermiston,
pleaded guilty to Failure to Carry/Present
Operator’s License; sentenced to 15 days
jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 30
hours community service, $190 fine and
$250 fine-suspended, plus court costs
and fees.
•David Ulices Ponce, 22, Hermiston,
pleaded guilty to Menacing-domestic vi-
olence; sentenced to 5 days jail, 180 days

•Gregory Clinton Cline, 52, Echo,
pleaded no contest to Physical Harass-

over a neighbor’s fence and stole a

$13,000 of rings from a box and that the
theft was captured on video.

• A woman with a man in a business
on Willamette Avenue in Umatilla report-
edly mouthed, “Help me,” to an employee.

his girlfriend’s brother on Highway 730
in Umatilla.
• A man reportedly tried to get a fe-
male to get into his vehicle by claiming to
be a police officer at the Umatilla Wildlife
Refuge on Ferry Road in Umatilla.

her out of her vehicle before it came

Wyden to hold town
halls in Boardman,
Arlington
U.S. Sen. Ron Wyden,
D-Oregon, will visit Board-
man and Arlington on Sun-
day as part of his promise to
hold annual town hall meet-
ings in each of Oregon’s 36
counties.
Wyden will stop ¿rst
at Boardman City Hall at
1:30 p.m., before moving
on to Arlington City Hall
at 4 p.m. The senator has
held 745 town halls since
being elected to the Senate
in 1996.
“Throwing open the
doors of government is how
we do things in Oregon and
the best way I know to fol-
low the Founding Fathers’
intent that elected of¿cials
hear directly from their
constituents,” Wyden said.
The meetings are free
and open to the public.
SAGE Saturday
features pumpkin fun
