• A caller reported someone in a black four-door sedan was looking into
vehicles with a fl ashlight on Diagonal Road.
MONDAY, AUGUST 17
• A caller reported her boyfriend assaulted her on West Orchard Avenue.
• A caller reported about fi ve people were screaming at each other on
Lorraine Avenue in Hermiston.
• Vehicles on Locust Street and Heather Drive in Stanfi eld were reportedly
egged.
• A man reportedly broke into a vehicle on Sixth Street in Umatilla and was
chased away by a neighbor.
SUNDAY, AUGUST 16
• An intoxicated man was reportedly stumbling on West Cedar Drive.
• A caller reported her ex broke into her residence on East Montana Avenue,
stole her television and ring and trashed the house. She said he sent her pictures
of the damage and threatened her.
• An old railroad building on North First Place was reportedly broken into.
• A shop on North First Place was reportedly broken into.
• A caller reported someone broke into the sprinkler system control box
at Sandstone Middle School on Northeast 10th Street and water was running
everywhere.
• A vehicle was reportedly stolen on South Highway 395 in Stanfi eld.
• A caller reported a man kept grabbing a woman as she attempted to leave
a residence on Martin Drive in Umatilla.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 15
• A caller reported a man was charging his phone using the outdoor power
outlets of her residence on Northeast Willow Court.
• A man and a woman were reportedly passed out in a vehicle on East
Wilshire Avenue.
• A caller reported people outside of his apartment on Southwest 13th Place
were intoxicated and destroyed his vehicle.
• A dog reportedly killed two chickens on Northeast Sandy Lane in Hermis-
ton.
• A man reportedly assaulted a woman on South Earl Street in Stanfi eld.
• A caller reported hearing two gunshots on Brownell Boulevard in Umatilla.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 14
• A caller reported someone was sleeping in a tent on her property on
Northeast Vanarsdale Lane.
• A woman reported someone moved her outside table and chairs to an
upstairs apartment on Southwest 11th Street.
• On East Tamarack Avenue, a Department of Human Services employee
reported a man threatened a family.
THURSDAY, AUGUST 13
• A night watch person for a property on West Harper Road reported some-
one was walking around the back side of the property with a fl ashlight.
• A sculpture was reportedly stolen from an offi ce on East Main Street.
• Juveniles were reportedly drinking at Butte Park on Northwest Seventh
Street.
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12
• An employee of a business on North First Street reported a man refused to
leave the store due to a money issue and was making threats to employees.
• A caller reported a man on a bicycle was stopping to look in people’s yards
on Southeast 10th Street.
• Someone was reportedly trying to break into a residence on Northeast 10th
Street.
• A woman reported her boyfriend hit her on Westport Lane and then tried
to run her over with his vehicle.
