and a five-time tie-down roping champ
(1985, ’87, ’88, ’92 and ’93). Beaver
was inducted into the ProRodeo Hall of
Fame in 2000.
Mike Fuller, from nearby Clarkston,
Washington, has won the second-most
all-around titles with three. He was the
first cowboy to win consecutive FCPRs
after winning in 1992 and 1993, and se-
cured his third in 1995. Fuller’s three
of four FCPR titles is the most in a
four-year stretch.
Rocky Steagall, who won the very
first Farm-City Pro Rodeo All-Around
in 1988, was also the first to repeat,
winning his second Farm-City in 1990.
Steagall, formerly of Irrigon, is now a
bronc riding coach in California.
Cash Meyers was the last repeat
winner, winning Farm-City in 1999
and 2000. In 1999, his first year on the
PRCA circuit, he earned Overall Rook-
ie of the Year honors. Myers has qual-
ified for the Wrangler National Finals
Rodeo 7 times and won more than $1.6
million in his career in steer wrestling,
tie-down roping and steer roping.
