The celebration of “100 Years, What a Ride!” was
kicked off with Saturday’s annual Umatilla County
Fair Parade.
A total of 145 parade entries lined the streets and
high school parking lot Saturday in preparation to get
the 2015 fair season underway. Thirteen of the entries
were awarded first-place ribbons this year as the com-
munity enjoyed the festivities.
The Umatilla County Fair starts Tuesday, Aug. 11,
2015.
