MONDAY, JULY 13
• People were reportedly drinking
and breaking bottles in the street on
West Ridgeway Avenue.
• Two males were reportedly
fi ghting on Southwest 11th Street, and
reportedly one had a gun.
• A residence on West Orchard
Avenue was burglarized.
• On West Madrona Avenue, a
caller reported his juvenile daughter
received a disturbing text about
drugs.
• A caller reported a female
suspiciously kept walking from a car
in a vacant lot on North First Street to
vehicles in a nearby parking lot. The
caller believed a drug deal or prostitu-
tion was occurring.
• A caller reported she thought
she heard two gunshots on West
Orchard Avenue.
• A caller reported four intoxicat-
ed males were walking around trying
to fi ght with people at an apartment
complex on Northwest Spruce Street.
• A caller reported her boyfriend
punched her in the face on Baggett
Lane.

• A caller reported 15 people were
fi ghting at a bar on North First Street.
• A vehicle was reportedly stolen
on Southwest Riverhill Drive.
• A caller reported two males
were screaming that they were going
to kill each other on Southwest 11th
Street.
• A caller reported a large amount
of mail was dumped on Southeast
Ninth Street and East Newport
Avenue.
• A caller reported returning
home to a residence on West Ridge-
way Avenue to fi nd someone had
knocked down the door and stolen a
game console and $1,500.
• An intoxicated male reportedly
threw a rock at a customer’s vehicle
and was being aggressive with
customers at a business on South
Highway 395 in Stanfi eld.
• A caller reported her brother
stole a game console and later a vehi-
cle from her residence on Wenatchee
Street in Umatilla.
• Gunshots were reportedly
heard in the area of Dean Avenue in
Umatilla.
• Someone reportedly broke into
and stole money from a vehicle at
the McNary Dam on Devore Road in
Umatilla.
SATURDAY, JULY 11
• A female was reportedly “mess-
ing with the keypad” to a door at
Sunset Elementary on East Catherine
Avenue.
• An unlocked vehicle was report-
edly stolen on South First Street.
• Two males and a female report-
edly tried to break into a residence on
Northeast 10th Street.
• A caller stated a party at the
Umatilla County Fairgrounds on West
Orchard Avenue was out of control,
and security was attempting unsuc-
cessfully to shut it down.
• A caller reported hearing two
gunshots on Umatilla Avenue in
Umatilla.
FRIDAY, JULY 10
• Three males reportedly broke
out a window at a business on West
Catherine Avenue.
• A caller reported someone
broke out a window of a business on
Southeast Fourth Street.
• A caller reported a male assault-
ed a child on North First Street.
• A caller reported two dogs fell
about 20 feet off the edge of a cliff
while playing on Prindle Loop Road.
• A green 2002 Chevrolet Blazer
with chrome rims was reportedly sto-
len while parked in front of a business
on Willamette Avenue in Umatilla
with the keys inside.
• A horse was reportedly
being neglected on Cherry Street in
Umatilla.
THURSDAY, JULY 9
• A caller reported hearing a loud
bang on Southwest Fourth Street.
• Someone reportedly stole two
money orders from an unlocked vehicle
on Northwest Third Street.
• The door of a business on
Northwest 11th Street was reportedly
keyed, and a note threatening a former
building administrator was left behind.
• A caller reported a male was
knocking at a residence on West Herm-
iston Avenue and would not leave.
• Numerous jewelry items were
reportedly stolen from a residence on
East Newport Avenue.
• A business on North First Street
reported receiving a counterfeit $50
bill.
• An offi cer reported someone ran
from him and left behind a bicycle on
North First Street.
• A caller reported a male was
shooting a gun at Sand Station on
Highway 730 in Umatilla.
• A caller reported her daughter
stole her jewelry on Raymond Street
in Umatilla.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 8
• A caller reported an older brown
Ford was swerving all over Powerline
Road, and the occupants were “throw-
ing shoes.”
• A male reportedly urinated next
to a red Ford pickup in a parking lot on
East Hurlburt Avenue.
• A caller reported two Chihuahuas
attacked his chickens and turkeys, kill-
ing at least one bird, on East Newport
Avenue.
• A caller reported, while trying to
build a fence on West Quince Avenue,
a neighbor threw some of the fence
materials in the garbage.
• Electronics were reportedly sto-
len from an apartment on Southwest
11th Street.
• A caller reported fi nding
.45-caliber shell casings at the end of a
driveway on Culp Lane.
• A caller reported all the valuables
were stolen from his residence on
Second Street in Umatilla.
• On Eighth Street in Umatilla,
a caller reported he lent his car to a
female who failed to return it.

• A caller on East Hurlburt Avenue
reported receiving a scam call from
someone claiming to be from the
Internal Revenue Service.
• A male was reportedly hitting a
female in front of a business on South
Highway 395.
• A male reported he was assaulted
by four males in a business parking lot
on North First Street.
• A caller reported a horse was
being abused on Northeast 18th Street.

Umatilla Fire Chief Mike Rox-
bury said the boat’s owner was

and two children suffered minor
injuries.
Roxbury said crews were able to
extinguish the blaze before it could
burn up the shore and into dried
grasses surrounding nearby homes.

An Oregon State Po-
lice trooper stopped a ve-
hicle at 10:25 a.m. Satur-
day on Yoakum Road off
the westbound side of In-
terstate 84 near milepost
199. The trooper found
the driver, Liza Natasha
Trujillo, 27, of Hermis-
ton, was driving with a
suspended license. The
trooper then searched the
vehicle and found Trujillo
and passenger Adrian Al-
len Coleman, 47, of Port-
land, were in possession
of methamphetamine.
State police arrested
both on the drug charge
and booked them into
the Umatilla County Jail,
Pendleton. State police
also arrested Coleman
on two warrants and for
giving false information
to police, as well as for
failing to report as a sex
offender.
State police did not ar-
rest or ticket a third occu-
pant, a 51-year-old man
from Umatilla.
