BUTTER CREEK IRRIGATION DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hale
Farms, L.L.C. filed a petition with the
Board of Directors of the Butter Creek Irri-
gation District (the “District”) to include ad-
ditional lands within the District. The lands
proposed to be included within the District
are owned by Hale Farms, L.L.C. and are
described as follows:
The Northwest Quarter of Section 11,
Township 2 North, Range 27, East of the
Willamette Meridian, Umatilla County, Ore-
gon; excepting therefrom any portion lying
within the County Road right-of-way (the
“Property”).
Hale Farms, L.L.C. requests that the Prop-
erty be included within the boundaries of
the District and that the boundaries of the
District be extended to include the Prop-
erty.
The Board of Directors of the District will
sit in a regular session on April 14, 2015 at
the Districtʼs office (73120 Highway 207,
Echo, OR 97826) at 11 AM for the trans-
action of District business. Any persons
with objections to the Petition may attend
this meeting or submit written comments
or objections to the Districtʼs office prior to
the meeting.
The failure of any interested person to
show cause as to why the Petition should
not be granted will be taken as an assent
on the part of that person to the inclusion
of the Property within the District, as re-
quested in the Petition.
