work, psychology, sociology, or closely
related allied field. A minimum of 5 years
experience in mental health or aging/
disabilities with emphasis on Geriatric/older
adult care. Licensed Clinical Social Worker
or other Oregon licensure highly desired.

Notice of Preliminary Determination for
Water Right Transfer T-11062
T-11062 filed by Dennis Ingram and
Roberta Jackson, 1216 E. Main Street,
Medford, OR 97504, proposes to change
the place of use, character of use and
additional points of appropriation under an
existing water right. Certificate 85536
allows the use of 1.54 cfs from three wells
within the Columbia River basin, within
Section 36, T4N, R27E, W.M., for
irrigation in Sects. 25 and 36. The
applicant proposes to change a portion of
the right to industrial use within Sec. 36,
and add sixteen additional wells also
located within Sects. 25 and 36. The
Water Resources Department has
concluded that the proposed transfer
appears to be consistent with the
requirements of ORS Chapter 537 to 540,
OAR 690-380-2110 and 690-380-5000.
Any person may file, jointly or severally,
with the Department a protest or standing
statement within 30 days after the date of
final publication of notice in the
Department's weekly notice or of this
newspaper notice, whichever is later. A
protest form and additional information on
filing protests may be obtained by calling
(503) 986-0807. The last date of
newspaper publication is March 31, 2015.
If no protests are filed, the
Department will issue a final order
consistent with the preliminary
determination.
