on Hermiston Conference Center property
on South Highway 395 and had been stay-
ing there for a while.
• A caller reported vehicles were con-
tinually driving too fast on East Newport
Avenue.
• Someone reportedly tried to break into
a storage unit on North Highway 395.
• Fraud was reported on Sixth Street in
Umatilla.

to be smoking a bong on South Highway
395.
• A caller reported a suspicious male
kept getting in and out of the passenger
side of a blue sedan that was driving
through the area near John Day Street in

kill him.
