Avenue Resurfacing Project. The Highland
Avenue Resurfacing Project consists of
the resurfacing of approximately 44,169
SY of residential street and is generally
described as the following: clean, sweep
and prepare existing residential street, in-
stall base chip seal, and install Type II
slurry seal top coat. Also, restripe travel
lanes, crosswalks, and symbols as shown
in the Contractorʼs Striping & Symbol Plan.

and erosion control measures as needed.
