Rainier, Ore., since 1907, but re­
cently residing here at the home of
her daughter. Mrs. Eva Burchett,
passed away quite suddenly Mon­
day, January 29. She had resided
here about 16 months and had
been as well as usual despite her
age and collapsed without warn­
ing. Funeral services were held

Mrs. Deal was born at Mary
Counts, in Carter county, Ky„ on
April 11. 1864. She married Wil-
liam Deal in 1885. the latter pre-
ceding her in death in 1934.
Surviving are four sons and four
