"The average residential custo
mer used 104 kilowatt-hours more
electricity in the 12-month period,
and paid the company $1,31 less in
revenue,” said McKee.
"The average price received for
this service was only 1.86 cents per
kilowatt-hour, a drop of 0,17 cents
as compared with the preceding
period.
“The company’s tax bill of
$1,187,485, on the other hand, was
up $33,087, or 2.9 per cent, in spite
of reduced earnings.
Displaying what seemed to be
their best form of the season, the
Hermiston high school Bulldogs
trounced the Kennewick Lions last
Friday on the local field to the
tune of 27-7. The Bulldogs dis
played too much power via the
air lanes for the bigger Kennewick
boys to cope with. After spotting
them to seven points in the initial
three minutes, the local Bulldogs
came back to score in every quar
ter of the game.
The Lions won the toss and elect

later they crashed to a touchdown
