Mrs. Andrew Rintoul of Portland,
who visited her sister, Mrs. Earl Dud
ley. several days in Hermiston, re
turned to her home Saturday, accom
panied by her daughter, Jo Ann.
J. J. Dixson of Puyallop, Wash.,
came last Sunday to visit indefinitely
at the home of his son, Mr. and Mrs.
L. W. Dixson. The former is recup
erating from a recent siege of illness.
Charlene and Leland Payne, who
have been spending six weeks visiting
their uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs.
Harvey Payne, left this week for their
home in Marshfield.
Mrs. L. S. Burrell and Billy took
the plane from Pendleton .to Portland
to spend a week visiting relatives. Mr.
Burrell will motor down this week
end to spend the holidays there.
