White, and Richard Franklin Cox. son of Mr. and Mrs. I. C. Cox, were married September 1 at the First Presbyter ian church in Portland with Rev. ! Lemuel Putnam officiating. Immediately after the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Cox left on a three weeks honeymoon trip into Califor- nia. Both young people attended public schools in Hermiston, later at tending Oregon State college. Mr. and Mrs. Cox visited in Her miston over the week end. Mr. Cox | has recently enlisted in the air | corps.
