Large Class Takes Rifle Training
When 1016 4-H club members
took rifle training during the 4-H
club summer session at Oregon State
college, they constituted the largest
junior training school ever handled
by the National Rifle association. Of
the total, 459 made a passing mark
and all learned the safety rule that
“all guns are loaded.”
