Foundation at the Walter Everest Hopyard near Newberg Monday,
Leroy Nlcewood of Halsey, Oregon, received not only top honors but
also a new Ford Tractor and a two-bottom Ferguson System Plow as
part of his prise award. Over 500 farm youths from Oregon. Washing­
ton, and Idaho have participated in this educational and job produc­
ing movement. Second prise honors were garnered by Harry Parker
of Vancouver. Wash.; third prise by Buford E. Kroll of Collar. Wash.
