Mr. Leedy sta te d th a t present in
d ic atio n s were th a t th e re would be
a 20 percen t reduction in th e tu rk ey
crop in Oregon, and an 18 percent
re d u c tio n in th e H erm iston te r r i
to ry th is year. T he outlook in gen
e ra l over th e n o rth w est show s in d i
ca tio n s of decreased production, he
says.

th is was probably bro u g h t about by
th e 33% increase in the tu rk ey crop
