Mr. and Mrs. Fred S. Warner of
SanClemente, Calif., and Mr. and
Mrs. Robert Baynham of Claremont,
Calif., were house guests of Mr. and
Mrs. W. J. Warner last week. Mr.
Warner is a brother of W. J. War-
ner, whom he had not seen for four
years. The party left Monday for
Vancouver, B. C., where they will
spend some time before returning
to Portland to visit a son of Mr. and
Mrs. Warner.

Portland where they will visit Mrs.
McDonald’s sister. While here Mrs.
McDonald was the house guest of

a group of her friends entertained
for her at the home of Mrs. N. R.
Mueller. She is a former teacher in
the Hermiston schools and will be
remembered as Kathrine Cranna.
