tate which the said defendant, and
all persons claiming and to claim
by, through or under them, or any
of them, had on the 16th day of
April, 1931, or since then have had,
or now have. In and to the above
described real property and every
part thereof, at public auction to the
highest bidder for cash in hand, the
proceeds of such sale to be applied
in satisfaction of said execution and
all costs.
