notified as the respective owners of the legal title of the several tracts of
property as the same appear in the public records of Umatilla County, Ore­
gon, and as persons who claim some right, title, estate, claim, interest, lien
or demand in or to said real property, that the platntifr, Stanfield Irriga­
tion District, will apply to the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for
Umatilla County, for a decree foreclosing the lien of said tax and all
aecrued penalty and interest against the property above described and
mentioned In said certificates, and you are hereby summoned and required
to appear and answer or plead within sixty days from the day of the first
publication of this summons upon you, exclusive of the first publication,
and defend this action or pay in the amount due as shown above, together
with all costs and accrued interest at the rate of 12 per cent, per annum
from the 14th day of March, 1931, until paid, and In case of your failure
to do so, a decree will be rendered foreclosing the lien of said taxes, pen­
alty and interest and all costs against the said land and premises above
named, and that the said land will be sold by order of the Court in the
manner provided by law for sale under tax foreclosures of this type.
This summons is published pursuant to the order of the Hon. Calvin L.
Sweek, Judge of the above entitled Circuit Court, which said order was
made and entered on the 28th day of April, 1931, and which said order
directed that summons herein be served on the above named defendants
by publication thereof in the Hermiston Herald, a weekly newspaper print­
ed and published in the City of Hermiston, Umatilla County. Oregon, once
a week for a period hf six consecutive weeks, and the first publication of
this summons is made pursuant to said order on the 7th day of May. 1931.
Ail processes and pleadings and papers of every kind or nature in this
proceeding may be served upon the undersigned residing within the State
of Oregon at the address hereinafter mentioned.
