In the name of the State of Oregon,
you are hereby required to appear
and answer or otherwise plead to the
complaint filed against you in the
above suit and Court, within four
weeks from date of the first publi­
cation of this summons, and on or
before the 11th day of September,
1930, and you are further notified
that If you fall to appear and ans­
wer or otherwise plead in this suit
and cause within said time plaintiff
for want thereof will apply to the
above entitled Court for the relief
prayed for in plaintiff’s complaint
to-wit; for a decree dissolving and
