Poisoning Husband Charged to Widow
Tillam ook, Or.— Mrs. Eva N. Mc
Gee, widow of Dr. W. G. McGee, who
died August 17 under circum stances
regarded as suspicious, was arraigned
in circuit court here on an indictm ent
charging first degree murder by ad
m inistration of poison. The indict
ment followed an autopsy performed
by Dr. Robert L. Benson, Portland
pathologist.
